Scott PreszlerScott Preszler, President and Chief Executive Officer Scott Preszler, one of the original US-Analytics founders, is responsible for the company's overall vision, business strategy, structure, and growth. Preszler has direct reports that assist him in all phases of the company including finance, operations, sales, and partner relationships. He is focused on growing the four key business practices; performance management, secure infrastructure, software reselling, and specialized placement services. His weekly responsibilities include reviewing actual results to anticipated plan, making the appropriate modifications, and continuing to hard coding corporate best practices within the integrated US-Analytics solutions offerings. Prior to working for US-Analytics, Preszler launched and managed the Dallas branch of Alliance Consulting Group (based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania). As a senior partner, he hired all employees including sales, recruiting, and operational staff. Fortune Magazine ranked Alliance Consulting Group the third fastest growing privately held company in 1999, with sales of over $100 million. Prior to Alliance Consulting Group, Preszler worked for Technium Inc. as regional director of sales. In his first 18 months at Technium, Preszler charted a record-breaking 750% sales growth run in the Southern region. He led all new business initiatives, forecasting, marketing, and sales management functions, while expanding the company from four to more than 40 consultants and adding 12 new Fortune 1000 clients. Prior to Technium, Preszler co-founded Global Satellite Communications, which designed, installed, and maintained turnkey satellite/video/computer classroom learning systems for more than 200 Texas school districts. As CEO and director of operations, he personally developed the company's marketing strategy and business structure. Wayne ConradWayne Conrad, Chief Operating Officer Wayne Conrad manages business development efforts for US-Analytics, including prospect identification, sales process management, branding, messaging, marketplace awareness, account management, and partner relations. He has more than 20 years experience in business development, sales, sales support, marketing, and partner development within the analytical software and consulting services industries. Conrad has managed and sold various OLAP, Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence solutions for budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning, executive dashboards, and performance measurement. Conrad has extensive experience scoping out projects, developing value propositions, and leading projects through successful design, customization, and deliverable processes. His expertise crosses various industries, including technology, oil and gas/energy, retail, healthcare, transportation, and manufacturing. Prior to joining US-Analytics, he worked with several software and services firms serving the corporate Performance Management market, including Arbor Software, Metaphor, Comshare, FRx Software, and ThinkFast Consulting. Utilizing solution selling principles, Conrad led mixed account teams through complex sales cycles to close large Performance Management solutions. Before moving into sales, he held consulting positions in Comshare's services organization. Jon RambeauJon Rambeau, Director of Consulting Jon Rambeau has over 20 years of experience managing, leading and delivering financial management and information management expertise to a wide range of large organizations. He has experience with leading Best Practice methodologies in Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting and Management Process Improvement & Quality, including TQM, Malcolm Baldrige, and Six Sigma. Rambeau has an extensive knowledge of the EPM marketplace and solutions, OLAP technologies and solutions, Data Warehousing tools and technologies, and Oracle/Hyperion products, and Broad Industry Experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Media, Publishing, Retail, Technology, and Telecommunications. He also has experience in Architecting and Implementing EPM products and solutions, including Essbase databases (cubes), Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Management, among others. Rambeau is seasoned in Requirements gathering and Software selection, Project design, Project development, and Project management. Chris RunyanChris Runyan, Director of Recruitment Chris Runyan manages the recruiting efforts for the Performance Management, Secure infrastructure and Specialized Placement Practice of US-Analytics. He has more than 15 years experience in executive recruitment and business development with a focus on professional services and specialized placement. His responsibilities include overseeing all recruiting efforts for US-Analytics' consulting practices, internal staff and customers who turn to US-Analytics' for it Specialized Placement needs. Prior to joining US-Analytics, Chris worked for several professional services firms serving the SAP, ERP and Business Intelligence market to include Technium Consulting, Alliance Consulting Group and Titan Consulting. His roles included Director of Recruitment, VP and Branch Director. Before entering the technology market in the mid 90's, Chris was an executive recruiter in healthcare. |
