Session ID: 10287       Room: South Pacific I

Abstract: Learn how to maximize your user adoption experience as part of good project management practices and boost project success. This presentation explores tool-agnostic techniques used to drive user adoption results as part of successful project management in a real-life business intelligence example. At the start, our customer’s users were dissatisfied, uninformed, and few in number. With the user adoption efforts, we greatly increased traffic per user, user satisfaction, user proficiency, number of users (more than tripled), and power user meeting participation. Learn how to maximize that BI investment!
